I enjoy many other things than art such as vintage antiques, magician aesthetic and objects, ringleader aesthetic, Halloween, metal, rock you name it! TERMS OF SERVICE

By reading these terms of service, you have agreed to follow my rules and such if you do not wish to agree, follow or even break, please lmk what these said issues are or just don't speak to me to avoid problems and unnecessary dramaMY BLACKLIST IS CURRENTLTY NOW PRIVTE BUT IF YOU'D LIKE TO KNOW PLEASE DM ^^

COMMISIONS
- when commissioning me, you must pay upfront, and i will keep updates and wips for you before finalizing the finished product
(for payment methods and such please check my art info tab for more)- you must fill out a form of what you may like, add in and details, reminder that any added character or complexity of said character can be charged a bit more- please be sure if you are for sure and absolutely positive about your purchase and deets, all sales are final but I can refund unless stated and important reasons, if i do find out about you lying and having to set charge backs you will be blacklisted- I will double check on my prices to either correct and reassure you, tips are appreciated but not necessary!- you are allowed to use said art after I finished, however you like and please!, just as long as you credit me as the maker and art!- i will NOT haggle or negotiate on my prices, they are set as they areART
- when using my art after an adopt payment, art trade, gifted and or commissioned, I at least require credit from me when using or displaying please!- when getting or receiving art from me it does take time but I will keep updates to you as much as possible- please do not trace over, steal/take my art as your own or ofc that'll result in an instant blacklist!ADOPTS/MY DESIGNS
- When receiving a design from me, you MUST have a TH as a requirement, they must always remain on th as so I can keep track of my own and make sure to where there being held- When buying an adopt from me, I expect payment upfront first to avoid scams and such, once sent (with given proof of transaction) i'll transfer said design to you- when giving art payment, I will give a minimum of about a good 2-3 weeks depending on the amount, I at least expect updates or wips of progress, if found ghosting, not keeping me updated or fail to get to me when needed I will put the adopt back up for offers, that will result in a temporary . i will allow you to offer until the next week passes.- please DO NOT put my designs up for offer unless it has been a complete month from when they were uploaded or received from- Please do not trade/put my designs up for offers without at least 2-4 art pieces added onto them, the original art itself does not count- Please DO NOT add any nsfw added onto the adopt after you have received them for a good 2 weeks, I prefer that none of my designs get instant NSFW when received please- if the adopt was purchased, if no art is added you may resell the adopt at the same price it was bought, please do not resell them higher than its original unless commissioned art or more art added to its worth is acceptable- please do not give designs to those in my blacklist or you will be added in also<<NEW ISSUES ADDED UNDER ADOPTS>>
- if the oc has been recently revoked or given away to a new owner, you will be blacklisted if found harassing, stalking, or eyeing said holder over an adopt that been fairly revoked under my circumstances.
I do not tolerate such behavior over an oc I clearly stated to why they were taken from you in private dms, if you have an issues, come to me about it but as said, my reasons my choice i have the right to give or gift ocs to anyone despite the recent event or timeMY OCS
- Please do not take reference off of my ocs, whether its my designs or not, i prefer you don't take heavy inspiration off of any- do not offer on any that are in folders that are not allowed to be touched unless stated
some will be having tags sooner or later but i please advise to not touch or offer, i do not do ping at all- I personally do not like any of my ocs to be kinned at all nor do i want them to be used as rp, used as pfp without permissions and so on- you are allowed to favorite or add any of mine as dreamies but most likely they will not be up for offer, trades, sells any time soon- I prefer no nsfw to underaged oc because that is absolutely unacceptable and its literally common sense
to adults and those who are 18+ can get soft nsfw unless stated
